    Ya spotted him in the stream laid down on rock reached in grab them by the tail and fail in lol about 5 ft of water was soaking wet so I figured I'd go ahead and get my prize figured I earned it .it was a rush.Got all my fingers. Don't ever give up lesson learned.

    Give him a good bath with a pressure washer and then get a sharp pocket knife out. Mighty fine eating, B-B-Q Snapper. Used to simmer them till no more grease came to the top to skim off. Drained the water, rinsed, back in the pot with a little water and bottle of your favorite B-B-Q sauce. Clean the shell up good, varnish it, set it up side down in a wood ring. Makes neat dinner roll bowl. Some like - some not.
