Hey guys I'm looking into some seat covers for my truck. It's a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. What brands should I look into?. I know a good set can cost a little more but I'd like something durable.

I put Clazzios in my Tacoma. Love the look and durability is great. I have an access cab so was easier on the wallet than a double cab would be.

They slide over the cloth seats for a firm fit. There's other options out there as well, but some require taking the factory covers off.

Took me about an hour to install and matches the interior. You can get custom color layouts and embroidery but it takes several weeks. Going basic they usually keep stock on hand.

Around October last year. Got a full time job so my dad took his truck and made me get my own.

Thanks. I don't need anything fancy just want it to hold up and be worth the money. Are yours waterproof. That would be nice to have.

If you want factory finish with options for add-ons like heat kits, etc., Clazzios are top notch. Just want a good fit with all weather protection, wet okole are great as well.

I will probably be going Clazzio leather with heat in my truck whenever I decide to pull the trigger only because my seats aren't heated.

I was looking at heated ones but it's not something that I really need. It sounds like wet okole might be the way to go for me.

I've been looking at Marathons. Those were recommended on a duck hunting website. Those guys are a lot harder on an interior than deer hunting (both are hard on interiors, but waders typically are more wet and muddy than deer camo).

I'll look at the others mentioned here also.

I'll check these out too. There will be times when I'll probably be in and out of the truck with waders on.

Also keep in mind, some Dodge Rams have air bags in the seats. Not sure what years or anything, I know my Tacoma has them that's what made me think of it.

Not all seat covers are going to be suited for seat airbag deployment. Obviously not a concern if you don't have them but another thing to watch for when buyig seat covers

Oh...and while there grab some of those fact balls for the hitch, wheel cover (camo of course) and a sticker that loudly proclaims you have testicles and claim to kill stuff!

I bought a rear seat cover from WeatherTech for my truck a few years back so I figured they had front seats as well...but after some quick research it turns out they don't make the fronts yet, unfortunately.
