    Are there any apps that let you listen/download music without having wifi or using data ?

    Preferably free but I can pay a couple dollars if I need to.

    I use Spotify. 15$ a month for up to 5 people/accounts in your house, and you can load all the music you want on your phone. Once you down load you can listen offline all you want.

    Amazon music has tons of free music if you have a prime account. You can download and listen offline.

    We use the Apple Radio through iTunes. $14.99 a month and you can add songs right to your own playlists when you hear something you like. Has worked well so far. I got tired of all the commercials on Pandora. I use the Amazon music sometimes too since we have a Prime membership.
