I have a pair of Nikon Prostaff 7 10x42 binoculars that had not been focusing both sides. I sent them to Nikon under warranty and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the service times for repair. I won't need them until KY opener the first weekend of September so it really isn't a rush but I would like to have them for scouting.

They had mine for 5 months before they sent me a new pair. I called them many times then 1 day new pair.
Thanks. Not sure how I missed it as I have looked at the site a few times. It says they shipped it a few days ago and will be here on Tuesday. Don't know if they replaced them or fixed them but thats pretty good turn around.
Let me know how it goes. I have been watching patiently in case there is something I might be able to do.
