Today was the craziest turkey hunt I have ever been on and the only thing that made it better was I was watching my daughter hunt. It was cold and pretty slow and we didn't see the first turkey until about 9. When my buddy said here is a nice gobbler to our left I was pretty excited but when he said there is a peacock with it I was thinking you are full of it. I couldn't believe it but right in came the tom and the peacock right in to the decoys. I have some crappy footage from a POV camera I will post up tomorrow. It wouldn't have been cool but I was holding the camera in the back of the blind and the bright sunshine coming in messed it up. You can see my daughter crush the tom though. I will never forget that hunt and glad my daughter got to experience something really rare.

that's cool. my brothers neighbor used to have peacocks and in the evening when they would start getting wound up you could actually watch the toms strut across the hay field to them.
