I think we have two of the worst right here. Glen Taylor with the Timberwolves and the Pohlads with the Twins. Taylor has hired multiple crappy people to run the basketball operations (McHale and Kahn) that have ruined this team for years. We wont go get a decent coach and even with some great young talent they play in a culture of losers! The Pohlads I believe are the biggest scum bag owners in all of sports. They used the excuse they couldn't put a good team together because of the bad stadium. We build them a great stadium and they put the money in their pockets instead of on the team like they said they would.
I also feel sorry for the Brown's fans because Jimmy Haslam has put together a real $**T show in Cleveland.
Jerry Jones has single-handedly destroyed what was once a great organization. As long as he owns The Cowboys they will continue to be the annual celebration of mediocracy in the NFL. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Snyder and Jones are horrible. At least Jerry is older and you have hope with his son. Washington is screwed for a long time.
I do not loath the Pohlads they put more of their own $ in the stadium than the wilfs did for theirs. The Twins are building from within thru the farm system and occasionally signing a midlevel player. The thing that limits the Twins is they do not have their own network and the revenue that goes with it. I prefer to listen to the Twins on an am radio while I am fishing the mississippi rather than watching on TV. That being said anyone who calls the Pohlands cheap forgot about how Calvin Griffith ran the team. Calvin was the last owner of a MLB team that that was all he did was own the Twins, he was not a rich guy that made a fortune and then bought a team, all he did was own a MLB team.
The Wilf's are New Jersey carpet baggers, I do not approve any owner of a sports team that does not have roots in the state where they own a team. Had a Minnesota guy owned the vikings the new stadium would have built 10 years ago.
Very Well Put!! I refuse to watch another game until we get a new Head coach, a GM and a decent backup QB. I know that maybe at least 20 years away so I gave away all my Cowboys gear.
I am not a Cowboy fan so I didnt have that problem. I used to find it funny how big Cowboy fans would talk and suffer. Now, I just pity them. They have put up with it long enough. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Compared to how successful the Cowboys had been in the 90s? Jones looks bad. But compared to how bad the Browns have been since coming back? Not even close. Haslem is a joke and the Browns as an organization are a joke from top to bottom. The WORST.
Who ever owns the Tampa Rays is horrible, the WORST stadium in MLB and they trade every star player they ever develop.
The Cleveland Indians do a good job of not winning with superb talent as well. The 90s teams were great and we've had 2 or 3 Cy Young winners leave and do well elsewhere.
Can't blame them for being in a poor market. Only way they win is by drafting and developing, then trading when the players get to arbitration. When they had their big playoff runs a few years ago, they had trouble getting 10,000 to show up. And sure, some of it has to do with the stadium. I have a much bigger problem with teams like the Pirates. They are just flat out cheap. They've got the money to spend, along with a nice stadium and draw big crowds, but they absolutely refuse to sign anyone more than mediocre-and-under free agents. All that being said, I don't think ANYONE is as bad as Jeff Loria, owner of the Miami Marlins. Believe they are finally done paying Ozzie Guillen.
Once again I have to nominate the Wilfs, they now want the city of Minneapolis to change street names around the new stadium the taxpayers bought for them. Silly Wilf's just don't don't get it, cities don't rename streets around the stadium until after the team wins a Superbowl.
In the past, I would have said David Glass but not any more. I think Dayton Moore talked some sense into him and allowed him to open up the checkbook a little. I think I would have to vote for Stan Kroenke. He screwed St. Louis for years so that he could move the franchise to LA.
