It's not their fault that they raised punk thug skumbags. It's the system. Nothing is ever their fault.
Of course the family members of these violent gang members are upset but instead of being upset with law enforcement how about you step up and finally become a mature, responsible human being. If you don't want your loved ones killed how about you turn them in and let them begin the process of becoming decent human beings. Guess it is easier for these family members to blame law enforcement then it is to blame themselves for being terrible parents and raising these thugs. Keep up the great work Cpt. Higgins!
Those idiots and their families have been tricked into thinking they are persecuted in every aspect of their lives, guilty or not. They are victims .....constantly. Those types of gangs are domestic terrorists and they need to be dealt with quickly.
