As some of you know, my wife and I began a weight loss program back in February. This morning I weighed in and have reached, and actually supassed my goal. I have lost 92lbs to date. I now begin the next part of the journey which is to rebuild some of the muscle mass I lost and to maintain my weight loss. Yes I am bragging a bit, so please forgive me, but I just wanted to share with you all. Here is a before and after pic of my wife and I.

Fantastic Jim. You should be proud as heck and bragging to everyone who will listen. Losing that much weight can't be easy and that makes you stronger then most! You guys look great.

Congratulation! What an acheivement. I too know how hard it is, and how much dedication, and discipline it takes to make a major lifestyle change like that. I began my weight loss journey 33 months ago. I'm down 80-85 lbs. Depending on the day. Keep up the hard work! It is definitely worth the effort!

Awesome! Congratulations. And besides making a tough goal, I'll bet that you feel much better health wise.
I was only 15 pounds heavier than when we got married but decided to drop it and am so amazed that what a difference 15 pounds makes.

We joined a gym back in February. We work out about four days a week and I limit myself to 1500 calories a day. That's it!

Way to go on the lifestyle change. Watching the diet is hard sometimes, but it is worth it. Just remember my motto, "Moderation in all things, especially moderation ."

Watching the diet is hard and there have been many times that I was tempted to cheat. But every time I felt that way I would look at the item and think, that's 60min on the treadmill or 45min on the eliptical, and etc. That kept me honest.

Sometimes the road has a few bumps in it but with time, things seem to smooth out.

It is amazing once you kick the processed foods and you have some it tastes so salty. When I travel I am forced to eat in restaurants, a week out of town and I feel bloated and blah.
