    30 days and counting until the Penn State and UCF game!

    I know most of you don't care about Penn State but I really like what I'm seeing with Franklin and his recruiting results. I hope he keeps his nose and the program squeaky clean as the next few years should be exciting for Lions fans...........

    I'm a huge Penn State fan as well. I think this is our best freshman class in a while. I just hope it shows on field.

    Hopefully the Sooners come out firing on all cylinders. They have the momentum and team to make the 4 team playoff. Hopefully they stay focused all year.

    My Illini will probably suck as usual. Maybe they will be able to get enough wins for a pointless bowl game but I doubt it.

    But over all I love college football and can't wait.

    It's mixed. The real reason for doing it is money for funding the growing research departments at UMD and exposure at a much bigger level for the educational side.

    I was always a huge fan of the ACC and it'll be tough watching them leave (especially basketball) but from a recruiting standpoint I think it'll help. The impacts won't be noticeable at first so it may be a rough couple years.

    Take away LSU and maybe Nebraska and Wisconsin has a favorable schedule for sure. Can't wait to see Melvin Gordon run.
