What bow vise is recommended? One that will preferably not break the bank

I have an Apple Economy vise and I like it. Works for what I use it for.

Yeah the OMP is nice for sure, just out my price range at the time. Now I am used to using the Apple and like it enough to keep it.

If you can go on Archery talk and look up a guy named spewingjason
He builds some sweet little vises that thread into your stabilizer mount threads.

I bought one 2 years ago and use it all the time.
It allows me to use my portable press while my bow is on the vise.

I have one made by Last Chance. Does everything I need. I paid $75 (south shore archery) a couple of years ago.

I don't care for the type you need to remove your stabilizer. I only used one once and it didn't hold the bow solid.

Best vise is made my KTech Designs....but costs a lot. If I used one often it would be a KTech.

After having an economy version of Apple's vise for years, and having tried a few stabilizer mount vises, OMP will be my next and last vise. Nothing comes close.

I have an apple economy and I make do with it but it doesn't hold your bow horizontal too good when you need to serve a string
