I have a wisker biscuit on my Elite and I'm thinking of going with a Quad Ultra drop away rest. What is your opinion of wisker biscuit verses drop away? Also thinking of trying Trophy Ridge React H5 sight. Anyone used one? Thanks

    Drop away only here.

I use both the Trophy Taker Smackdown's and the QAD's on my bows.

I put a Whisker Biscuit on a bow that I intend to use for turkey and tree stand hunting because I wanted something simple and foolproof. It is that but I notice that I have to be very mindful of my post shot form because the arrow is making contact with the bow for that split second longer. A lot of guys will tell you that is BS and kudos to them for having perfect consistent form but a long armed monkey like me can see differences especially on long shots. I'm going to go back to a QAD or a Ripcord.

I just switched from a wb to a QAD HDX and I'm glad I did.

If its in your budget to get the new rest, thats the best thing you can do to upgrade your bow. I personally like the limb driven trophy taker smackdown pro. The limb driver is another excellent option. If you're going to get a qad, go for the hdx, worth the money over the hunter and ld. They did come out with a micro adjust one which is expensive but pretty sweet

I highly recommend switching from a whisker biscuit to a QAD. I was hesitant on spending the $ on one at first but I'm glad I did. I honestly think its a world of difference and well worth it.

I recently switched from whisker biscuit to a QAD hunter best decision I made so far since I'm new to bow hunting/shooting. On my next bow I will will spend my more money on a higher lever QAD.

I have shot both and I prefer the QAD HDX. I have shot other drop away rests, but I prefer the QAD HDX. I have one on both my bows. They have worked extremely well for me.

Trophy Taker Smackdown Pro for me. Going on sixth year of trouble free performance. Easy to set up, tough, quiet, and dependable. Have one on each of my bows.
