Best bow string?

What is the best replacement bow strings on the market?

 

There are a lot of good string builders out there. Some you pay for the name and some you get quality without paying for the name. The ones that back their product for a Year or better are the ones you want. At least then if the string makes it a year you know you can make it 2 years before you change out again.

Hutch is right, there are some great builders out there. I've been super happy with my set from America's Best Bowstrings. Seems to be a top notch product!

 

I have been using Bow String Depot strings for 3 years now. I have been very pleased; not only with the string sets but the customer service. Excellent.

But as said there are a lot of good builders out there.

 

Thanks for info. I think I will go with one that has I year warranty.

Bow String Depot, been using them for 3 years now also and just ordered another set for the No Cam I just picked up. Top notch quality and customer service, Hutch backs what he builds also....can't go wrong in my opinion!

I live in west Michigan and have been shooting the strings of a local maker by the name of Catfish Custom Strings. Mike does a great job with quality....always in specs, no peep rotation and servings are excellent. I have shot them on 5 bows in the past 3 years with excellent results.

Same here IMO you can't beat winners choice

 

One curious question. Next season I'm getting a custom set for my Halon 6. What are the differences between the different strings from one place to the other. Say from Bowstring depot and ABS? Are they made from the same material? I guess I never understood what to look for.
