Hey guys so I had my old arrows tuned and I just got some new ones my question is now that I have these arrows tunes with little no no changes in my sight do you think my broad heads will still fly true I'm not shooting a huge broad head its the g5 montec so I don't think it will be too bad with my old arrows there were only about an inch off high right

I would still test it out. It might not be much different, but you never know. Better to shoot and find out than to hope and be wrong.

The only way to tell is to shoot them.

I would definitely shoot a broad head to find out.
Montecs can be sharpened, or they aren't hugely expensive.

Think of it this way... do you want to find out on a wounded / missed animal, or shooting at a piece of foam. A z7x is a pretty forgiving bow so you should be able to tell / correct anything quickly.

If your new arrows are of the same manufacturer, same length, and same spine you should be OK but I would definitely shoot the broad heads to make sure.
