American Weigh Scales - Blade 100. Buy it on amazon for like $20. goes to .01gr. Had it for years and years and years. works on everything from foods, to powders, to arrows. I havent used it for powders in a couple years though. hahahah
I bought Smart Weigh High Precision Digital Scale 50 x 0.001g off Amazon for $45 measures to .01 grams but only goes up to 770 grams which I probably will never find a use to go higher but being a lower max weight allows it to be higher precision. Comes with a case to store it in and everything

From what I read on a lot of the scales you have to convert the scale reading, which is in grams, to grains. Especially the jewelry type scales. I don't understand the metric system any way shape or form.
