I was measuring some stuff on my bow and I discovered that my nocking point is 1/8 inch above center. Is this a big deal ? Is it worth moving it and having to retune everything ? How much will this effect accuracy ?
It's pretty normal. All my bowtechs were 1/8 nock high and my faktor was no different Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
I would change it. I like to tune my bow to perfection and most bows tune best with your arrow set 90* to the string and running through the Berger hole. Shoot a bareshaft and see how it flies. Most likely it will be tail high and hitting low. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Single cam bows don't have level nock travel, so some variance in nock point height is expected. But on most dual cam bows now the nick travel is very level and they tune best with a level nocking point Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Well I ended up moving it down to almost dead center and after paper tuning+walk back tuning the bow is shooting better so I guess it's good that I moved it.
