It would be handy to have but I pretty sure you could purchase all the tools separetly for less than what they have it for.
Looks descent to me. I watched the Kenny parson videos and he does a lot of nice things with those tools
I would just look at one of these vises and the rest you can get on eBay. You will save at least $50. I was looking at one of those vises for myself. You can get a bracket that mounts to a table/bench or one that screws into a camera tripod for portability.
