What boots do you wear when it get below freezing? I am considering the Lacrosse boots as I have a pair I wear during early to mid season but when it gets below 40 and I am starting my all day sits, those do not cut it. Thanks for any assistance. Sean
Irish setter gunflint 1000gram! I have had mine for 3 years and they still look new. I have sat on stand all day in single digits and my feet never got cold. I've worn them in temps as high as 50 with just regular socks and been comfortable when it's below zero I wear under armour cold gear socks. If you buy them at a Redwing dealer they will electronically scan your feet to match you up with the perfect size and matching insole.
I bought a pair of cabalas by meindl 800 gram light weight boots . With smart wool socks. My feet have never been so warm. I bought a second pair when they went on sale last year for work also. I go in out all day during winter working on school buses. A lot of money but best I have found yet for me.
