I made up some new arrows. It was my first time and I used too much epoxy. I stood the arrows upright and the epoxy ran into the insert and filled them. Any ideas how to salvage them?

I dont know a way of salvaging them. When you put inserts in you should never stand an arrow upright, always lay them on their side. At least that is what I have always been taught.

If that's the case, a tap of the appropriate size will cut the glue out, no problem
    I would have to check .. I'm guessing 1/4-20

If you can screw a tip part way in( if not use a tap to the same size to clean the insert out).....

Then Place a field tip into a vice, heat the tip up with a small torch till its red hot, screw the shaft/insert in until you can rotate it out....let cool and repeat.

I ended up using a wood screw and heating the screw. They pulled out without a problem. Thanks again for the advice.
