I searched through the tech talk threads to find my answer but I gave up. I want to tune up by weight to 70. I have a PSE Baby G-Force rated at 70# for max draw. I know how to raise it, but how do i get it to 70# exactly? Is it as tight as the limbs will go if 70# is the weight it is rated at? Thanks in advance!
I agree with this. Also you might not get it to 70 on the dot. Just because it says that doesnt mean that is correct. Maxed out it might be a little over, it might be a little under. I had a 60-70lb elite and it maxed out at 66. So that is just an approximate peak draw weight.
That far under peak weight I would assume the strings stretched and the bow was out of tune. Now just cranking it down all the way will get you usually near 70. May be a little over or under but not by much. There is no need to be at exactly 70 just keep working up till it's comfortable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah i dont need it exactly at 70, I cranked it up though. I shot a few times and everything went fine but now my peep comes back crooked, any fixes for that?
