Anyone have any tips for keeping sight screws from coming loose? Mine are loose again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Blue Loctight as long as the screws are in good shape. If the heads are worn where a scredriver or allen wrench is "iffy" then use the purple version.
Are they the mounting screws or adjustment screws? Like said blue loc tite works great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
They are the mounting screws. And they are too short, so I'll call the pro shop in the morning and see if they have some longer ones. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It might be easier and cheaper to just go to the local hardware store. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
A pro shop may charge a service fee, and all you need to look for are 10-24 screws and bring yours to find one slightly longer an problem is solved. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If you go to your local hardware store you could get better quality screws than the ones the manufacturer will send
This is what I use also...also used it on the screws on my string stop and on the FACT weights that I add to my inserts.
Went to the Home Depot and got longer screws. Tightened them down after putting wax on the threads. Out shooting now making sure my zero is still there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
