So long story short, my chill got a small crack in the one of the limes. I did not take a pic sorry but when I found it this morning shooting I ran it up to the pro shop like it was my son being rushed to the hospital  by the way they said it was total covered and I should get new limbs in 3 days and should have it back with in the week. Thanks Adams archery, best bow shop around.

Now for the question, do u guys think I am going to have to re-tune the bow, paper, walk back, re-sight etc.

mine was on the top I have googled this and cant find anything about chill limb problems and the bow tech at the pro shop asked all the other tech if they have had any chills in with splintered limbs and none of them has seen one yet, besides mine. I know these happen but Mathews backs it product.

Thats awesome that they will replace it. Hopefully you don't have a continuing problem. Per your question, hypothetically no, but usually when you tear something apart to that level and change parts it will not be 'exactly' the same as before. I am thinking it will need some minor changes. But I have never had that problem myself, so just a guess.
