Is there a way to calm down the brightness of pins at all? Mine are so bright in full sun that they get a ring around them and wash out the target. When its cloudy or I'm in a shadow they are great but in full sun they are ridiculously bright. The sight is a Trophy Ridge Hitman 5.

I'm not familiar with that sight but if it's a co take black tape and cover part of it.

You can use tape or paper or anything you can get your hands on to cover up or "shade" the fibers. Basically you are going to restrict the sunlight that they gather.
