Hey all. First post. I have been teaching my 4 year old son archery. He is getting pretty dang good but the only thing his arrow will stick in is a bale of straw. His arrows just bounce of my target. The trouble with straw is that it only lasts a little while before rotting and molding and falling apart. Is there a different material that will accept a low velocity arrow? Thanks for your help!

From the past few years, I am using Mathews Archery and with the help of this I am carrying out my archery activities in an efficient way. I will recommend you to use this and fulfil your target sucessfully

I just take a couple big pieces of cardboard and cut out a deer like shape, tape the two pieces together, draw some vitals on with a sharpie, and let the kids have at it. It is free, easily replaceable, and if I put it in the shed after each use they actually last quite awhile. Plus the kids enjoy shooting at something other than a dot.

Hi, This is Naomi from American Whitetail Inc. We make a target designed for young archers called the SYT target. It is lightweight and comes with two weatherproof target faces (one on each side) If you are interested you can check it out here http://www.archerytargets.com/Youthtarget.aspx If you have any questions you can call 1888-233-1976
