Peep size

    I'm having trouble find the right sized peep. I'm running a 1/8" right now with my HHA 5510TE & can't seem to get the right sight picture. If I move the sight closer my sight housing disappears, if I move it out I get to much of the housing & my groups suffers. What size do I need to run.

    I run a 3/16 as well at it seemed to fit fine for the HHA XL housing.

    i have the 2in hha housing and i think im using 3/16 as well. maybe go to your local shop and try a few different sizes

    In has been my experience anything smaller than an 1/8" in the woods makes for a more difficult shot at sunrise or sunset....

    Your peep should be the same size as the sight housing. Something else to think about is whether or not your draw length is correct. If the peep is not close enough or too close to your eye, you will not be consistent.
