No I don't take it as an insult to my intelligence. I appreciate all the help. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to handheld releases. I am mostly blind and tree stand so I will go to the shop and try some out

Yeah I actually did get it. I also got open loop. On the FND I noticed the open loop has more of a curve in the little hook as opposed to the straighter one on the whippet snapper. I haven't had any problems with it coming off accidentaly

My d loop came off the release twice. I lost an arrow both times = ( -$20 Im down to 10 arrows. How do you deal with the trigger almost hitting your face as you draw back? I think my DL needs to go down to 26.5 from 27, think this could be the issue?

How are you shooting the release ? Should be rotating you hand as you draw. Most people will shoot a longer draw with a t handle then a shorter draw so there anchor stays the same

If I rotate my hand, the release slips. Its an open release not closed, do you have a closed one? I am thinking about returning mine and getting a closed.

Also, did your DL get longer by .5" when you went from wrist to finger release?

Where is your anchor point? I see pictures where people have their palm facing up but you can't do that with the release we have. The only thing we can do is have our palm face down with the trigger facing toward our face.
