I don't think I'd change anything so far as deer tag regulations are concerned. I like being able to shoot two bucks. I would probably go with allowing archery equipment during gun season. I really don't see a good reason not to. WI, MO and other states allow it with no issues. Why not here? Outside of that, I'd get rid of the law that requires us to have our bow in a case while in a vehicle. IMO it's completely unnecessary. Haven't really heard of any drive-by shootings with a bow lately.
Shorten the PA gun season to 1 week. Would also love to see Sunday hunting for archery seasons only (that should stir up the gun toting idiots here). Picking on the gun seasons, I'd also like to see a shotgun only rule here. There are WAY too many guys in the woods with high powered rifles its almost frightening.
Good points. I dont get the rule about the case. I saw mounting system i want to put in my truck to hold my bow but i wouldnt be able to due to that rule. Sent from my HTC Hero S
