Took the Prime Centroid out for some long range practice today, wind was gusting but was in my face so it didnt effect my groups too bad. I was amazed by this bow all over again, held steady, quiet, smoking fast and super accurate. I shot a group at 40, 50, then 60, 70, and finally 80yds (maxed the 5th pin on my Rush sight) and was still a bit low. I really enjoy shooting at these kinds of ranges, when i move up and shoot even 30yards feels effortless. Plan on doing alot of this this summer to prepare for next season! Fun stuff!
    The bow-

And finally the only 80yd group i was able to shoot today, had to try it once before packing up for the day...

What's with the odd angles of your arrows in the pic at 60yds? Are you shooting from different positions? Just curious

I love the Rush! Hard to beat one in my opinion as a reliable hunting sight! Fiber optics are the best ive seen. The arrows are at odd angles because my hurricane bag target is destroyed lol. I shot a big hole in the center and stuffed all the foam and material back inside it underneath the paper target. Im assuming a couple of the arrows hit a soft spot and just ended up sticking at an odd angle.

That's a great group at 60, so good, I would move your sight a couple of clicks over, at that distance it's only gonna fine tune your closer shots even more. It won't take much to make a difference at that range, if you have micro adjust, go a couple of clicks if your consistently hitting to the left like that.

    Good Shooting!

Did a little long range practice today myslef also. These were only shot at 40 yards but I was happy with it after spending almost 3 hours out in the snow trying to sight in this new peep sight. IMG_0237.jpg

These Centroids are sweet shooters for sure. That's some fine shooting there. Here is a little of mine with my Centroid.

Very nice shooting guys! I really enjoy the fine tuning my form gets at those distances 40yds and beyond!! And its unreal how easy it is to hold this bow on a small bag target at 80yds in a breeze and winter clothes. Wow. Love my Prime!

Thank you! I need to do some more shooting at these distances, more than one or two groups at each distance, before i move anything. The left grouping at 60yds could have been due to a breeze at that point in time, but then the 80yd group is slightly off to the right. Also shows importance of keeping the bow level, could have had something to do with either of those groups. Thanks for the suggestion! We will see how it goes later on on a dead calm day!

This was about 6 shots into my 100yd attempts the other day and the end of an hour long shooting session. I was only shooting one at a time. That a lot of walking at that distance. My windage is dead nuts on now I just have to figure out my sight tape now. It's about 5yd off from what I could figure out at 100yd. Sure is fun watching that arrow fly at that distance.

Here was my first attempt at 100yd with this bow.

I was aiming at the top middle dot.
