For an adult beginner, which one is recommended? On a limited budget, so searching for the best deal; these are the best options I am finding (current & black Friday sales). Currently, Cabelas has the Wildcat 5 package for $279 (was $399). Black Friday, ****s has the gamecrusher package on sale for $279 (Currently $399, "was" price says $599). Which is the better deal? List price doesn't always matter... I use a Barnett Jackal which is the same stock as the Gamecrusher and I love it. Super accurate and fun to shoot. I shoot 20" Bloodhunter arrows with 100g NAP Shockwave heads and it is a great combo. I have it paired with a Hawke Optics 4x32 scope though, nicer glass than the Barnett 4x32 as I hunt deep woods and wanted as much light to pull in as possible.
