Seen this on facebook and thought it was pretty neat. Yet, it's educational. IL just recently passed, but have yet to implement a bobcat season. A lot of the opposition was that bobcats only kill small game and do not hunt large game. Pretty sure this took place in IN this past week. What was it he dropped before he came out of the tree? He already had a meal! Upon further review it looks like it was just a big piece of bark that came off as he jumped.
That's some amazing footage right there! I could see a bobcat taking a small fawn, but taking on an adult deer brings it to another level.
Why the hell would you stop recording that? That's footage of a lifetime. I was just listening to a podcast, think it was with Dr. Grant Woods. He was talking about himself or knowing someone that found a dead buck with bobcat markings. I guess that confirms it. Everybody in this country needs to watch this.

Another bobcat must've jumped on him.. Looked at the video on Facebook. Guy did a great job of telling people what happened next... (sarcasm). Probably has the rest but wants some $$$$.
This does fit in with the unknown of the known, errr the known of the unknown Bigfoot, chupacabre, yeti, cougars, bears, wolves..... Anything that has anything to do with something controversial or unprecedented has to be either shaky, flakey or fakey. This is real as anything, but why it stopped and never started back up is beyond me. If I get something happening I'm going to do everything I can to record its entirety.
not sure if I believe this video? I do believe bobcats do this in the wild but his video may be manufactured. remember the eagle that stole the baby from the park a few years back? FAKE!
