    None.

The best thing I did many years ago is to put away all scents, including cover scent, and now I just hunt using the wind and predicted travel movement.

Virginia outlawed real deer urine this year. And I'm glad...cause now I'm forced not to buy it. Never did me any real good anyway, but I was buying in nonetheless. Now, I'm running my own blend powered by a mixture of Starbucks, Mt. Dew, Pepsi, and the cheapest bottled water I can find.

The only kind of scent I use at all is Tink's Power Scrape in my mocks. My dad and I used to buy into the doe in heat scents and everything but it never really worked for us.

I have slowly weened myself off of using any as well. I learned a couple years back that the stuff isn't much use and is just a bottle of old pee.

I do however believe the Tinks synthetic stuff, for whatever reason, may have some merit. I know my scrape drippers, when using it have been very good at getting bucks to mock scrapes.

I try not to use many scents either, but have had pretty good success with using Evercalm - Deer Herd in a Stick variety as more of a cover scent. Typically put it on my the instep of my boots and one application on my stand or tree. Haven't had any negative experiences with it and have had several deer including mature bucks downwind of me without getting busted.

I like evercalm. I just put it on branches that are up by my stand. ( never used it on the ground)

I try to avoid smelling like every hunter that shops at Walmart. I feel like mature bucks can recognize this since they've been around a while. I hunt the wind and obey a strict de-scenting regiment including showers, sprays, and clothing. I'd rather smell as close to nothing as possible, than like some canned or artificial urine attractant

I use Code Blue Doe Urine as a cover scent every time I hunt.
