So I had a doe fawn come in and eat for a bit. Then she looked at the estrous and buck Urine I hung out. She smelled it and immediately walked away. Not running or anything just walked away. Why do you think she walked away? Did she smell me?

Probably your ground scent and your scent while putting out the deer scent.

The buck urine probably spooked her. If they have been chasing.

If all she did was walk away, what makes you think she was at all spooked? Maybe she just decided to leave?

Could be several reasons. If she walked away not blowing or in a panic then I'd say it was something other than you. If a doe is not ready to be bred and does not want to be pestered by a buck the smell of estrous could make her want to get out of the area so she isn't confused with 'the doe in heat'.
