Has anyone else had this problem? I use the silent strap too so it's not like I'm ratcheting it too tight to the tree... The top teeth have bent down and the bottom teeth have bent up... So far I've had nothing but problems with this arm. When I first got it the pivot squeaked so I had to put a nylon washer on it and now this happened ... Wish 3rd arm was still in business

I had that happen on my Outfitter. Figured it was from pushing down on it when trying to release the strap. Didn't effect the way it worked though. never had a problem with the outfitter or pro arm squeaking though
