Hi: Name is Rick, and I am new to this sport. I have 2 compound bows and am looking for advice on the purchase of a crossbow. I would like to shoot one before I buy one, so I am looking for a cheap, but still in good condition crossbow to start with, and go from there. I live in Bristol, TN. Any NASCAR fans out there, then you know exactly where I am. 7 miles from the track and a season ticket holder. I retired from the gov't in 2007, when we still had a gov't. Willing to listen to all advice that anyone has to offer, because I don't pretend to be an expert, except in the field of retirement. I am no couch potato….lol.
