Just ordered the XOP Enforcer. Anyone else using one of these? Ive done all the reading and understand the original Lone Wolf guy is now making the XOP. I'm not on a LoneWolf budget and got this one for $240 shipped.

Just curious who is using the XOP Enforcer me your thoughts on it.

I've never owned one, but I've heard great things about XOP stands. There was a similar thread not too long ago on XOP and lone wolf, that may be worth checking out.

Statements like this make me laugh. Not trying to be a **** but to say your not on a lone wolf budget is dumb when you could have bought a lone wolf for the same price as a XOP, maybe $10 more. Everyone acts like XOP is so much cheaper but they just aren't.

He's talking climbing stands not hang ons. You could pick up a used lone wolf for what he paid for the XOP new. Hang ons you are absolutely correct. The XOP stuff just isn't that much cheaper. 20-30 bucks if that.

Guys say the quality is a little down compared to LW but they still seem to like them a lot. Congrats on your new stand!

The Lone Wolf Sit and Climb (comparable model) is about $400 new.

I was corrected. For the price you put up I just assumed hang on. My bad man. Hope you like the stand!

Hope you enjoy it, don't have an XOP climber but do have the Air Raid, like the stand. I don't think you'll be dissapointed.

No prob. Thanks. I have the Hawk Helium XL with the Hawk Helium climbing sticks. I love that set up. Just wanted a climber for long sits and gun season. The Hawk is an awesome stand too. My problem is that I don't have any land that I can or would leave a stand for a long period of time.

I just picked up a LW Assault Hand Climber off of AT for ~$250. Smaller seat, but no front rail which I like more. I'm anxious to try it out.

You'll love it. I have been using a LW handclimber since 2009. I added a sit and climb wide top this year due to some recurring back problems but I still like the handclimber better. I do not like bulky stands. It was just a necessity for my bad back days.

That's why I picked this thing up. I hate how bulky my summit is, and I hate having a bar in front of me. The plan was to solely use a Alpha and sticks, which I like far better than any climber so far, but I just haven't found a way to efficiently pack it in with all my camera gear included.

I think you'll like it. I've had a few sitnclimbs, but just picked up a brand new one(Lone Wolf). I am still working on climbing with the paneled seat, but I found the seat to be comfy.

By the way I ordered out of Field Supply for that price.

I debated the hand climber but opted for the sit and climb for the bigger more comfy seat.

I figure if I hit an area and I see a great spot that is either geared toward a climber or a hang on then I can just switch it up for the next visit.

Had the hang on today, left it in the truck as my brother was late getting going and I wasn't going to have time to set up. I sat on the ground and of course a buck comes through that I probably would of had a shot at out of a stand.

Look into a Hazmore seat. I put one on my sit and climb wide. It is lighter and very comfortable. It got my sit and climb wide down to 19.8#'s.

I tried a Hazmore and unless I adjusted my top perfectly I could not sit very long. My LW is pretty comfy once I got it adjusted and it should stay that way. I am still working on fastening the stock seat so its minimally out of the way while climbing. Good luck with the Enforcer........should be a good stand.

I have done several 5-6 hour sits with the Hazmore and like it MUCH more than the standard LW sit and climb seat.
