cant down load

I dont know if anyone can help or not.I have a G.E. digital still camera #A1050 it will take video with sound. I can not get the video to download the sound will. I have windows 7. I will go to media load video when I do and try to play back all I get is the sound.The video will play on the camera just not on computer any help is much appreciated.

 

What format is the video in? Windows built in media player probably doesn't support it. Try another media player such as VLC.
