I have a Manfrotto 700RC fluid head and have had it for about 3 yrs. As of lately it seems to be not as smooth as it was when I first purchased it. It seems to be a little stiff when rotating it and that causes the whole arm to move. Now before someone recommends that I check the set screw on the side that is not the problem. It has worked great up until the last few times I have used it. Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem
