How the heck do you delete marks you have placed on the map?

I have tried to remove with the filter, can get them to disappear sometimes, but they always show back up when I reopen the app.

I love the app, but if I knew I was going to clutter it up by placing icons and not being able to delete them I'd have never put them on

There has to be a way, right?

I think you can remove them on their website...log into your account if I recall.

Gotcha, seen you can go online and sync up.

That would probably explain why it is called Lite without having a paid version.

I'll try that out one evening this week

If it is the app, go to the mapping menu. Select add new marker and then select marker you want to delete. It will pop up the edit screen and you have the option to save, cancel, or delete at the bottom.

That did the trick! I've tried it from the mapping option but never reclicked on the same icon using the mark function

Do you know where they download the weather info from? Been trying to figure that out. Wish it had an option to select the source, I'd rather it be used from NOAA than something like accuweather

Mine downloads weather from AccuWeather on android. I haven't figured out how to change it either. Would be interested if there is a way though.

Click on the icon/mark on your map then it will give you editing option; you can save, delete, or cancel

I'm not sure. Seems like it is the same as accuweather on my phone. I have noticed that the wind option is hit or miss. It seems to be off more than on or the exact opposite of what it is calling for.

    Yeah, I don't like accuweather.

I like Huntstand for the mapping, I can get the weather easy enough but thought if I could somehow change the weather source it might be beneficial.

Either way, the app itself is great. Wish they'd hurry up with the upgrade, would love to get the ad free version, just hope they don't overprice it amd turn people off from it
