Can you guys really sit for hours on end in Lone Wolf Alpha with just the pad that came with it? I see a lot of guys set ups and it looks like they are just using the standard pad that came with the stand.

I sit very comfortably in mine. The pad has some kind of gel pad or memory foam I believe. I haven't sat in a more comfortable stand.

The stock one. I could be wrong but when you squeeze it it feels like gel almost. It could be comfortable to me because I'm a small guy too tho.

Stock seat is very comfortable to me. I'm in the mid 190's.

I've done dozens of all day sits in one. Sure, I prefer my Sit n Climb for an all day sit but I can make the Alpha work as well.

I was worried about the comfort issue at first as well. I tried bringing along a seat pad on my first couple sits. I thought to myself 'if this is as comfortable as it gets we might have an issue here'. The next time I left the seat pad at home and my sit was much more comfortable. It's not a lounger by any means but it is more comfortable than it appears IMO.

Same here, it is surprisingly comfortable for such a thin pad.

I use both a LW handclimber and Assault and both have the same stock seat. I actually like it. We have some cheap hang-on stands in OH and they have softer thicker seats and I find them very uncomfortable after awhile. They pack down and it almost feels like you are sitting on the metal seat frame. That doesn't happen with the LW seat. I have been using my handclimber since 2009 and the Assault only 2 years now.

I've never used anything but the stock LW seat and usually get in 5-8 all day sits each fall without an issue.

I am taking a little small pillow with me that really weighs nothing. It is for my back more than my butt. I think it is more comfortable if you have a little something to lean on
