Large Area ATV Spreader

    So I have a 15 gallon Firmco sprayer that has worked great for my smaller plots. I will be spraying much higher areas starting next year and want something with a bigger tank and more coverage. What do you suggest? I'm not sure on boom vs boomless. I have only owned boomless so far. I will be managing around 6.5 acres of plots.

    I like my 25 gallon Fimco with the 10' boom.

    How long would it take you to spray say a 1 acre field?

    Probably an hour or less. It takes more time if you count set up and take down (clean up) time.

    BTW, your title says "Spreader" ??

    I prefer hand spreaders....feel like I can control seed count/rate better than an ATV spreader....granted I don't do large large plots though. :evilgrin: :lol:
