I've never had a problem with Carbon Express Launch Pads in my Easton Power-flights 500's. But this year every time i put one in the shaft its a battle.. On my last one the plastic clear seat for the light nock came off the nock batterie and nock and is the arrow shaft to far and won't come out.. Has anybody else had problems with that? Or is there an tricks for the nocks to go in easier/smoother into the arrow shaft? Help needed please?

Are you sure you got the right size for your arrows?

Assuming they are and you've checked:
First check the ID at the end of the shafts for any obstruction like a burr if you just cut the shaft. If so, clean/remove and retry.
If it's still not a no go, but closer (e.g. getting stuck) you can try some lightweight lubrication and retry. If it's still a no go you almost certainly have the wrong size.
