Help with aging this buck please

    Thanks, that's what I like about him. All night time photos. Hope the rug will pull him out in daylight.

    Based on the pictures, I'd say three. Not much of a belly or curve in the back yet. Decent height on the rack and it's out to about the ear width.

    Good analysis. Could maybe be 4 in some areas of the country, but 3 or 4 is the right neighborhood.

    A 2.5 yo would have a lifted hind end, not fully developed brisket and the missing belly.

    I feel like he's 4.5. He seems too heavy for 3.5 but not heavy enough in frame and form to be 5.5.
