If Malik wasn't injured I honestly would hold hope my Irish would be an actual legit and deserving (not always the case) discussion member for the playoffs. I foresee 1 or 2 games as loses now though. I agree LSU looks legit, Ohio State ain't shown me anything to the level they're supposed to be and should be...but still expect them to run the table.
Fournette will win the heisman in a land slide if he continues to put up half the numbers he's been showing so far. The SEC will be an interesting race this year. I can see Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, TAMU, or even Bama coming out on top in the end (LSU seems most likely choice at this point). I do think there won't be a single undefeated team from the SEC this year however, so will be interesting to see if any of them actually make the playoffs.
The Irish are gonna haveta stay healthy or it'll turn into the end of last season again. Thought GT was gonna be tough but the defense showed up. Thinking maybe USC and Stanford might be tough but there's always one other game that makes ya want to throw the remote thru the tv ha. As far as everyone else Ohio St hasn't been showing very much yet but really they should only be worried about MSU. LSU looked and Ole Miss looked pretty tough last weekend The way the year has started off though may be one or more teams with one lose in the playoff.
That's the thing though it's been what 3 games and we lost our #1 QB and #1 RB and have some others banged up now as well......glass house seems to be my team's motto this year.
Yea it's kinda unsettling already lost what they have being this early. I hate it every time Kelly just says "well next guy in."
My notes thus far: OSU will rebound big this week. LOL at Alabama. LSU is better than I thought. Interested to see how Ole Miss plays out.
