Brothers and Sisters: I am so blessed I am sitting in my favorite stand after starting my first round of Chemo for CLL leukemia. It's wonderful night and I am praising God to be here. Don't care if I harvest anything I just pleased to be here! Pastor Scotty Have any you hunted in treatment?
Good for you glad you are doing good. I've had three friends in the past month diagnosed with cancer, none older than 33. Hope you continue to get healthy again.
Awesome man! I hope your treatment goes great and you get that nasty disease out of your body! In the meantime I hope you kill several deer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Good for you! I pray you will do well and get through this in fine shape. I too am "under the influence" of treatment and am still able to hunt. God is good.
Good on you Pastor Scotty! I'm a cancer survivor (6 years now and counting) and I remember the chemo treatments well. Embrace the good days weather the bad days, and keep fighting the evil disease!
May the Lord bless you and keep you....may the Lord make His face to shine upon on you and give you peace! I pray things go well for you my brother. Blessings.........Pastorjim
One of my true heroes in archery is Jim Dougherty, writer with bowhunting magazine. remember well his article forty or more years ago about a sheep hunt where he took off his boots to stalk a bedded sheep and after successfully bagging it had a hard time locating where he'd left his boots. great archer and hunter. He has had health challenges, might also have been chemo, which with the years under his belt has required him to lower his bow weight to 45 or less so he can continue to hunt. Overcoming his challenges while continuing to pursue his sport and write has been truly inspirational for me. So stay strong there brother, best of success with your treatments, and enjoy your hunt. If Jim is the example, then you've got many more years in the stand.
I have lost a few family members over the years to cancer. I am hoping you kick it. Best of luck sir!
Thank the Good Lord Above you are here to share your story!! God Bless you, best of luck with treatment and I will say a prayer for you. Best of luck this season, cant wait to see your pictures you post of your deer harvest!
God is good in so many ways. Glad you are able to make it out to hunt. We have a guy here in my church that is going through chemo. That is some nasty stuff. Sending prayers your way! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
