When looking at my bow from behind I noticed that my sight is lined up left of my arrow. I did a walk back tune today and it's shooting really good. Is this anything to be concerned with?
I don't have the same sight or bow but mine sets up the same way; pins are just a touch left. You'd think everything lines up perfectly but I guess it's not always the case. I hit my marks just fine so I haven't put too much thought into it. I don't have a technical answer for why but I'm sure someone will.
I believe that at rest on right hand bow pins will be just outside string position...At full draw on right hand bow the pins and string travel align because the riser flexes. It is the opposite on a left hand bow.
That alignment will all depend on how you hold the bow. As long as you group good and broadheads fly true you are golden.
This is the result of side load or torque caused by either the cable guard or roller guard. Completely normal and nothing to worry about. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
I've set up 100's of bows and every right handed bow looks the same (distance left depends on the shooter) every left handed bow the pin is slightly to the right Dan
It's fine. Every bow and a persons sight picture are different. As long as your arrows are hitting where you are putting them it's fine. Perfectly normal. My sight is to the left of the string as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
