Here is one of my small so called Kill Plots, I think it's really looking good, I'm getting ready to hit it with some Biologic MEEN Green.....

This is Frigid Forage Big N Beasty

I planted Big N Beasty last year with really good results.

This year I decided to try Antler King Honey Hole and then I added some additional stuff DER and radishes. My honey Hole has to be 16 inches high right now.

Depending on how well the deer like the Honey Hole I plan to switch back to B N B next year as my deer loved it.

That's great to hear...I checked one of my other small plots this afternoon and sprayed it with Biologic Meen Green, I'm anxious to see how it looks in about a week or so...

Looking good!! Is it your plan to remove the fence completely when you are ready to hunt it or just an opening or two?

Yes, I will remove the fence once I get a couple more weeks on it.....They probably wont hit it much until we get the first frost....Then it's on.....LOL,,,Although I do have some peas down on the lower end, so they could gobble those up quick
    Thanks ChuckC

You better believe it...I can't wait....that Big N Beasty is a killer seed, both places that I have it out is doing really well.....I had some WI Forage oats out as well, but you can't keep the dang turkeys and birds out of it...they eat it up before it has a chance to sprout...especially the dang turkeys.....

    I will say this much:

I plant my Big and Beasty on 7/24. Got NO rain for at least 2-3 weeks. Then it finally started sprouting. I hit it with a lot of 33-0-0 the night before a rain on 8/24 and then went back up on labor day weekend around 9/5 and the plot EXPLODEDDDDDDD.

Fertilizing once these plants are 3'' tall is critical in getting them to be 2 feet tall. I'm going back to the cabin this weekend and will post pics.... expecting great things!
