So I finally got a weekend off and decided to do a lot of practice on Sat. Anyway I started noticing that my peep was not lining up with my sight, it was ovaled or elongated. I was still shooting good but the sight picture was hard to keep the same from shot to shot. Jump ahead to today I took it out and replaced it with another peep and angular aluminum one. The sight picture once again is good. Maybe it was my weird decision to try a new type of peep this season? I used a plastic one with 4 string tracks (2 on each side), like the metal ones split the string. Anyway when I inspected it, sure enough it was elongated. Whats funny is that my setup should have done that. Using a Hoyt Charger set @ 27" @63#s with a arrow weighing 390gr. Well lesson learned, don't fix what ain't broke. Now I have to wait to for my next day off so I can sight it in again.

Just sounds like your peep rotated.
