Who makes a good fletching jig?

I'm wanting to get into fletching my own arrows and I was wondering which jig to go with. I want to be able to do all types of fletching including x-bow bolts. Never fletched before so any input is appreciated.

 

I've used a bitzenburger jig for many years. I love it. You have to buy an adapter but it will do x-bow bolts as well. They are kinda pricey but it will be the only jig you will have to buy for a long time.

Another vote for the Bitzenburger here

 

I started with a bitz, was, is a great jig. I just wanted to do more than one at a time. I now have two Jo jan jigs. I can fletch a dozen arrows in less than 15 minutes. Setup is everything on any jig. Set it and dry fit, double check. I fletch from 5" feathers to 2" Blazers. I mark the jig with a permanent marker, so I can go back if I change it.

 

Another one for the bitzenberger. Jig. Also used a jo jan jig both good

Arizona E Z fletch has worked well for me. Super easy to use.

 

I use an Arizona EZ fletch too. It works great and does all 3 vanes at once. Downside is you need more than one to do multiple at the same time. But it really only takes 1-2 minutes per arrow so I've been content with it.

I've got a bohning Jig , will do xbow bolts as well, I love it for speed but I still think the bitz is the jig you will buy only once cuz its metal, everything else is plastic and eventually needs replaced

I have a bohning pro class jig as well as a bohning tower jig. I like both of them, the tower works great for being able to set it up with 3 fletching and having one perfect arrow at the end every time. The pro class is what I use the most for 4 fletched arrows, I also have the helical clamp for it which is the main reason I use it more. It was a lot less expensive than other jigs but since it is plastic I know that I will have to replace it eventually. If I bought another I would spend the extra and get a blitz, very similar to my pro class jig but it is metal and would never have to be replaced.

 

I have two jigs at this point, a bitz ad ez fletch mini
If had to chose on it would be the bitz. With a modified clamp on I can do anything I need in a fletching jig

 

Arizona EZ Fletch also.

 

I use a bitz, my husband uses a BPE fletcher.

I too use the EZ fletch.. A couple minutes per arrow and it does all 3 vanes at once..

 

It's tough to beat a bitz jig. If you add the Zenith bitz upgrade and the best jig is even better.

 

I read the description and have a pretty good idea as to what it does but do you have any videos or photos of the product in action? I've never had a problem with any bitz.
