This story is a great read. Some of the highlights.

And this just seems like textbook autistic behavior

Yeah he is nuts, the constant screaming at refs is detrimental to his cause and he will never get that. Jim is one of those guys that loses the team after a couple of years because his act gets old.

Sometimes the people with ADHD and autism excel at things because of their disability.

I don't want to insult autistics. Harbaugh is just a jag off.

I'm not implying that there is anything wrong with be autistic, but I've heard the rumors, and it would seem to explain some of his bizarre, or rather assholish behavior.

Agreed. There is something off in that big fat head.

Rather is putting it very lightly. Jimmy is a purebred pedigreed a-hole.

I think John and Jim are very different. I don't put them in the same category at all.

Neither one of those stories demonstrates autism.

My son is on the autism spectrum, I don't think I would agree that those are any indication. I will admit I don't know much about the man though.

Jim is just a competitor, Les eats grass, Urban Meyer quits on his football teams and then comes back and then quits again. They display odd behavior and they all win.

Jim did not wear out his welcome at San Diego state or Stanford. That's what people say to support their views. He's just guy where everything he does is about competing.

The second story doesn't? Extreme focus on menial tasks is certainly an autistic behavior.

And I can't find the story right now, but I read another story where he made the team bus stop mid route so he could run laps around a building.

Urban Meyer was depressed, having chest pains, and unable to sleep in 2009 when he was in Florida. He didn't quit on the team, he quit because of his health and mental state. The dude lost 37 pounds that year from his mental state and health issues. He's a film and football junkie and he was barely sleeping, unable to sleep in fact. He was taking 2 Ambien and drinking beer just to get some sleep. Most people don't know that, or choose to ignore that because they don't like him. He has a personal life too, maybe try reading up on his story before calling him a quitter. Life, family, and well-being is more important than being a football coach.

In regards to Harbaugh, that's very interesting. Not that it's diagnosed but it does seem plausible considering the wide eyed open jaw stare he does. Would be interested to read more about this. Either way, although he knows football, he's a loud mouthed whiner most of the time. I can't wait to beat him this year.

He quit and was cured in less than a year, he quit because he saw the writing on the wall, his Florida teams talent was not there, but that's what makes him win, he could not stand fact his team could not compete, so he quit
