Bought some Easton deep six injexion FMJ's. Also bought the G series Nockturnal nocks. They will not fit. I am pissed. It is so tight of a fit that I broke one in half just trying to get it in. Hoping Cabelas will give me my money back. Anyone else have this problem? What lighted nocks will actually fit into the super micro diameter arrows good?

Did you look up what fits your arrows on the Nocturnal web site?

I think you either have Deep Six Injexion, or Deep Six FMJ. They take different nocks. The FMJ's use X nocks not G.

No I got the right ones. I have the 5mm arrows (the smallest ones). Regular FMJ's are 5.5mm. its the deep six injexion fmj that I have. The "x" series nocks are even bigger than the G series. G series are the smallest ones they make and they are too big to fit.

I think he purchased the correct nocks. "G" nocks are the smallest you can purchase, so if he has FMJ's that take an "X" nock the nock would be to loose. He may have gotten a package of X nocks accidentally marked as G.

DANG... I just posted but you beat me to the size thing.

I bought nocturnals this year and I don't really like them. They're hard to turn off and the plastic switch is too soft and is rounding off and making it almost impossible to turn off. I'm going to use them this season and find something that twists off next season.

    A. That "hard" to turn off = reliability in the field.
    B. Get this and it makes it much easier. http://nockturnal.mybigcommerce.com/tool/

Put some string wax on the nock and it slides in easy

I guess you could consider it reliability, but now I got mine so messed up they randomly turn on because I've pretty much wrecked the switch tying to turn them off with a knife and field points. I'll give the tool a try for 7 bucks. If it works well I'll probably stick with them.

Yeah you know that's a good point. I did read on another site some Nockturnals were mislabeled. Not sure of the truth to this but it could be the case since his were obviously the wrong size.
