They really are tough. That second shot was in the pump house and he didnt even flinch. But i am HOOKED on gator hunting. Florida may not have the greatest/biggest deer, but they make up for it in the other game you can hunt throughout the year!
Thats awesome. Here in NY we do have some big whitetails! But I live and mostly hunt on long island. Small body deer like you down in Fla., but on the Island, we have no predators!! Just whiteatils and a 1 week turkey season although our archery season on Long Island is long, oct1-january 31st! Anyway, keep up the great posts, I really enjoy your stuff!!
